Storyline: 

Handsome architect fires chubby/ bashful/ low self-esteem secretary 1 who is secretly in love with him. 
He later hires a prettier girl as his secretary 2. 
They later get engaged.  
Secretary 1 seeks revenge. As William Congrieve says, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". 
She undergoes a total plastic surgery transformation. She not only undergoes a physical but mental metamorphosis...
Forward 4 years later...
Handsome jerk does not recognise her...

And begins the tale of vengeance.
